  • Paid monthly.
  • Direct deposit of payroll to financial institution (must meet enrollment criteria).
  • Hire above minimum rate for exceptional experience for new hires upon initial appointment.
  • 5% increase after either 6 or 12 months depending on classfication.
  • Annual 5% increases until maximum salary is reached.
  • Collective bargaining negotiated salaries.
  • Certain classifications may include:
    • multiple salary levels that are based on education and/or experience
    • longevity pay
    • additional pay for job related/required licenses and certifications
    • additional pay for items such as remote locations
    • additional qualifying pay differentials
