Flood Project Modifications & Permits
The Flood Project Modifications & Permits Branch provides engineering and environmental permitting support to the Central Valley Flood Protection Board. The Branch administers the Early Implementation Program, Local Levees Assistance Program, and other grant-funded levee repair program funded by Proposition 13 and Assembly Bill 1142.
